New Takeover Puts Crowther & Shaw on the MAP

You could say our latest news puts us well and truly on the MAP. You could also say the recent collaboration has ‘sparked’ fresh new beginnings for our decades-old Huddersfield firm. As far as news go, it’s certainly ‘hot’ off the press anyway.

What on earth are we talking about? In case you’re not yet in the know, we’ve recently acquired MAP Mechanical – a mechanical and engineering firm which covers commercial plumbing and heating services.

We’re chuffed to bits about the takeover, which helps us expand our services and pool our knowledge and skills.

Aligning with Crowther & Shaw’s commitment to broadening our expertise and skillset across the mechanical, renewables and decarbonisation sectors, the acquisition allows us to offer a full suite of services to our customers.

Speaking shortly after the takeover, our Managing Director, Mark Gledhill, said:
