All our engineers are qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ level and all refrigeration / air conditioning engineers hold valid refrigerant handling certificates.

Over 75% of our engineering workforce has been recruited from school and all have received specialist training through our in house apprenticeship scheme.

Members of our team have been presented with many national awards for their achievements including numerous winners of IOR Service Engineer of the Year, RAC National Student of the Year and UK Skillfridge along with regular regional awards noting the exceptional standard of our trainees.

Confirming our commitment to quality and safety we hold several industry recognised accreditations and membership of audit associations.

Within our industry we are members of the B&ES, REFCOM Elite and the F Gas Register.

Our commitment to safe working sees us audited on an annual basis by the UK’s leading Health & Safety audit groups, Safecontractor, Constructionline & CHAS.In addition all our site operatives hold current CSCS Skillcards and are DBS checked.
